MyEINPortal Terms of Service

By submitting the reminder form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it for the business identified. Submitting the form starts a draft application experience; it does not complete an EIN application, guarantee eligibility, create an attorney-client or tax-advisor relationship, or guarantee that an EIN will be issued.

We may use the submitted business name, registration information, contact details, and entity type to prepare a draft application and to associate subsequent submissions that appear to relate to the same person or business.

We may email a time-limited link that lets you return to a saved draft application. Treat this link as confidential and do not forward it to anyone who should not access the application. If you believe a link was shared or accessed without permission, contact us promptly.

The service-reminder checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. It covers automated informational texts from MyEINPortal about your EIN application, status, and related support. The reminder form collects consent for these service messages only. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may submit the form without selecting the checkbox.

Reply STOP to cancel text messages at any time, or HELP for help. You may also decline text messages by not opting in. Opting out stops future texts but does not cancel an EIN application or service-related messages sent through other channels.

We may send operational communications about a draft or submitted application by email or other channels. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, instant delivery of messages, or the availability of every service in every jurisdiction.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, ITINs, or other sensitive taxpayer identifiers through the public reminder form. You are responsible for reviewing information before authorizing a completed application and for promptly correcting information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
